I just found the latest Windows Genuine Advantage Validation v1.7.36.0 cracked by Team ETH0. Release dateof this cracked WGA is on 17 May 2007.

I checked both Wikipedia and also Microsoft Download Center, both websites shows that the latest version of Windows Genuine Advantage is 1.7.0018.1. I went to Windows Updates for custom check and it didn't prompt me to download and install new Windows Genuine Advantage.

I guess either this latest WGA 1.7.36.0 is a beta version or Microsoft is slowly rolling it out region by region.

As usual, extract the downloaded archive file into a new empty folder and run installer.bat. Everything else is automated. If you get any of the error messages below, don't panic. It's most probably you did not even have the original WGA installed.
- "The process "wgatray.exe" not found"
- "Could Not Find C:\Windows\system32\wgatray.exe.old"
- "Could Not Find C:\Windows\system32\wgalogon.dll.old"
- "The system cannot find the file specific"

The most important message to know that it has successfully copied the cracked LegitCheckControl.dll, WgaLogon.dll and WgaTray.exe is when you see the message like the picture below.

As usual, this cracked Windows Genuine Advantage Validation v1.7.36.0 files only enable you to use Windows Update, Microsoft Download Center and also removes the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification nag screens. And still, this does NOT work with Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Media Player 11 because both uses their own WGA check that is in their install program.

this is the reg file to make your windows xp genuine then you will be able to download and install ie7 , windows media player 11 , windows defender etc... install windows genuine advantage validation v1.7.18.5 first, restart then install the reg file from make your windows xp genuine, no restart needed. have fun!!!
